These coffee beans are processed at the Kiunyu Washing Station, run by the Karithithi Farmers' Cooperative Society, where over 3,800 smallholder farmers deliver carefully handpicked cherries. Only the ripest cherries are accepted, ensuring a clean, complex, and high-quality cup.

The result is a fragrant and vibrant coffee with floral notes, juicy berries, and a smooth black tea finish—a classic expression of Kenyan terroir.
