Lo que dice la marca
Victors Gesha What makes this coffee special is the depth of care behind every step. From the land it’s grown on, to the community it supports. This Gesha from Victor Bermudez-Motta is cultivated at Finca Buenos Aires in Huila, where ecological farming, intentional processing, and local investment shape the harvest. We first encountered Victor’s coffees through our friend Carlos Amaya and were immediately drawn to their clarity and elegance. Hand-picked ripe cherries undergo careful sorting, up to 15 days of controlled fermentation with monitored pH and temperature, and a slow 20–28 day solar drying, preserving vibrant sweetness and florality in the cup. Beyond the farm, Victor supports local youth through free education in English, music, dance, and coffee—making this a coffee defined not only by notes of peach, graham sweetness, and jasmine, but by purpose, place, and people.
