Body: Medium Acidity: Medium Process: Fully Washed Certifications: Fairtrade/Organic Dose: 23g Time: 27-32 secs Tasting Notes: A berry acidity moves to notes of grapefruit in the finish. A smooth full mouthfeel carries notes of caramel, and dark chocolate throughout. Background: The ASOBRIS association was created in October 2014 by 25 associates in the regions of Planadas, Tolima and was registered in the chamber of commerce in October 2016. As of 2020 the association has 56 associates farming an area of nearly 600 hectares combined.
