The natural processing fully enhances the structure and inherent sweetness of this bean. When we tasted it in the lab, we were immediately struck by its clarity: the first sensation is that of melted milk chocolate, followed by a hazelnut cream note that pleasantly lingers on the palate. The typical acidity tip of red apple makes the sip balanced from start to finish.
