Lo que dice la marca

This delicious coffee came to us through our partnership with COMSA in Honduras. Beth, Brendan, and Elena visited COMSA in February this year, and spent time with several leaders of Manos de Mujer (“A Woman's Hands”), the women-led producer group that grows ALL of the Honduran coffee we sell. During our visit, these extraordinary women shared that they had been experimenting with a new natural process coffee, something a little different for COMSA. Natural process coffees are dried in the coffee cherry, resulting in a brighter and fruitier flavor in the cup. We loved their coffee from the first roast and couldn’t wait to share it with you. Then we thought, why stop there? Brendan, our Roastmaster and Green Coffee Buyer, thought it was so special, he submitted it to the Global Coffee Awards (GCA). All coffees are blind tasted by a panel of judges, letting what’s in the cup do all the talking. They love it too! We’re thrilled to see this distinctive coffee earn a Bronze Medal, and even happier to recognize the women of Manos de Mujer who grow it. We know you’re going to love this heavenly award-winner.
