Located near the Chicamocha Canyon in Santander, the farm benefits from the canyon's warm daytime air and cool overnight breezes. The family deliberately cultivated a diverse shade canopy of timber and fruit trees, reflecting a multi-generational commitment to sustainable production. Today, Oscar Daza leads the operation alongside eight neighboring farms, sharing infrastructure for QC, milling, and drying. The Tabi variety is a hybrid of Bourbon, Typica, and Timor, bred to carry the cup quality of the first two while gaining disease resistance from the third.
