It takes its name from the indigenous Mayan Chorti people, whose language and culture span the borders of Guatemala, Honduras, and El Salvador — delivering a balanced cup with a full, rich body. The Ethiopian component comes from Dimtu Coffee Industry, founded in 2010 in the Guji Zone at 2,112m altitude.
