> Dark chocolate meets roasted almonds. Very strong roast - ideal for portafilter machines, for example. Roasted very deeply – ideal for portafilters – this single-origin coffee unfolds intense aromas of dark chocolate and roasted almonds. The 100% Arabica beans of the Típica, Colombia, and Castilla varieties are hand-roasted in small batches, no more than four weeks before shipping. Processing: washed – for a clear, balanced flavor profile. This specialty coffee comes from the Sierra Nevada de Santa Marta, one of Colombia's most biodiverse highland regions. Cultivated at an altitude of 1,200–1,900 meters by the Red Ecolsierra cooperative, it is hand-harvested and processed according to strict organic and Fairtrade standards. Directly traded and proudly co-owned by the farmer—for genuine, sustainable coffee enjoyment.
