Butkus is a blend of Indonesian, Central American, and African beans. Named for Brutus Maximus Butkus (aka Sir-Poops-a-Lot), a 60 lb. English Bull Terrier that showed up at our back door at 6 a.m. His life was short but robust and full of flavor — just like our Butkus Blend. Roast Master Choice gives you the chance to enjoy the 12oz bag you’ve chosen, along with a well paired half pound of another of Catahoula’s fresh roasted coffee picked by our Roast Master. (Add $8)
