- Information - Transparency - **Nectarine & Pink Grapefruit** **Harvest: Jan-Mar 2026** **Country: Colombia** **Producer: Diever Galindez** **Region: San Augustín, Huila** **Process: Washed** **Variety: Pink Bourbon** **Altitude: 1,800 masl** We’re delighted to welcome back Diever Galindez’s Pink Bourbon for a third harvest. Once again this coffee is a beautiful expression of the variety, the region, and Diever’s skill as a producer and it’s one of the highest-scoring coffees we’ll roast all year. We source this coffee through Semilla and Monkaaba, a producer-led project in Sevilla, just outside San Agustín, Huila. Founded by seven smallholder families and led by Esnaider Ortega Gomez and Didier Ortega, Monkaaba helps producers improve their coffee through shared knowledge, honest feedback, and collaboration. What began as a community initiative offering free sample roasting and unbiased cupping feedback has grown to bring together more than 60 families, all working to improve quality and build a more sustainable future for coffee in the region. We’re proud to support Monkaaba’s work and share Diever’s exceptional coffee with you for another year. We hope you enjoy it! - **Price we paid: €14.50/ kg** **FOB: TBC** **Farmgate price: COP $3,500,000 per carga** **Weight purchased: 700 kg** **Purchase history: 3 years** **Importer: Semilla Coffee** **Cup Score: 87.25**- Information - Transparency - **Nectarine & Pink Grapefruit** **Harvest: Jan-Mar 2026** **Country: Colombia** **Producer: Diever Galindez** **Region: San Augustín, Huila** **Process: Washed** **Variety: Pink Bourbon** **Altitude: 1,800 masl** We’re delighted to welcome back Diever Galindez’s Pink Bourbon for a third harvest.
