Lo que dice la marca
This organic coffee from Peru’s Amazonas province is celebrated for its exceptional quality and meticulous cultivation. It’s grown at high altitude in rich, mineral-laden soil so the beans offer a smooth, balanced cup with notes of milk chocolate, red apple, and maple, complemented by a gentle acidity. As a Grade 1 bean, it reflects careful attention at origin throughout every stage of production, delivering a clean and refined taste. The coffee is produced by a dedicated group of farmers associated with Perunor, who follow strict quality control systems and sustainable practices from planting through harvest and beyond. Repurposing cherry shells as compost, this coffee is shade grown in rich soil under trees reaching 12–30 meters. Farmers participate in ongoing training and community initiatives through the Selva Andina Association, which helps to enhance environmental conservation and local development. This coffee consistently meets international standards for organic specialty coffee, combining sustainability, community care, and exceptional flavour in every cup. You can brew this coffee however you want, but for best results, we recommend drip or pour-over brewing. Expect a sweet cup with crisp red apple and a bright finish. This organic coffee from Peru’s Amazonas province is celebrated for its exceptional quality and meticulous cultivation.
