Lo que dice la marca

A different expression of the same story. Pulped Fiction Light Roast celebrates the elegance and complexity of Brazil's pulped natural process, revealing a brighter, more nuanced side of one of our favourite coffees. Produced by an association of seven family-owned farms in Brazil, this coffee marks their first venture into international export. We are proud to have been among the first roasters outside Brazil to share their work. Roasted lightly to showcase the coffee's natural character, Pulped Fiction delivers a beautifully balanced cup with a silky body, vibrant sweetness, and remarkable clarity. The pulped natural process—also known as semi-washed—removes the skin of the coffee cherry while allowing much of the fruit to remain during drying. The result is a coffee that combines the sweetness and body of a natural process with the balance and refinement of a washed coffee. Expect a clean, expressive cup with notes of milk chocolate, roasted hazelnut, caramel, and delicate stone fruit, carried by a smooth texture and a bright, lingering finish. Equally enjoyable as a filter coffee or a vibrant single-origin espresso, Pulped Fiction Light Roast is proof that elegance and comfort can exist in the same cup.
