> DIRECT TRADE COFFEE Description This is a fully washed lot of Pacas variety produced by Carlos Damian on his farm, Bella Vista. This coffee has a full, syrupy mouthfeel and clean sweetness. We also really enjoyed the more lively notes in the cup such as red apricot and berries, which in addition to the roundness of body, makes for a very fitting coffee for the season.
