Floral, with a gentle acidity, & smooth finish. We're delighted to have another coffee from Nejapa on this years list. The name Elefante derives from the elephant ear shape of the varieties bean. The cherry of this coffee is similar in size to a Pacamara and contains a higher amount of pulp compared to other varieties.
