It is traceable to a single farm in the Mogiana growing region, an area split between the states of São Paulo and Minas Gerais in southeastern Brazil. Here the rolling hills and uneven terrain is accordingly well suited for small to medium farms such as Fazenda da Cabana. With a focus on organic farming practices to balance sustainability and bring out best quality, Luis Fenando Schettino is as careful in his farm management as in the post harvest processing to ensure a flavorful cup.
