Working across the valley, John Alvarado and his family have been instrumental in changing the reputation of coffee from Brunca. With a focus on modern processing, Corazón de Jesús is a great example of the 'micro mill' model. This is a deliciously rich coffee, with notes of chocolate mousse and caramelised fig.
