Producer Jamison Savage applies a clean washed process to highlight the variety’s natural clarity and structure. We’ve roasted it ultra-light to let the nuances shine. Expect juicy red fruits, crisp orange peel, and a delicate citrus acidity, vibrant, elegant, and true to its origin.
