This exceptional coffee is cultivated by José Jijón and Francisco Vintimilla at Fincas del Putushio, a farm they established in 2024 alongside José’s father, Pepe Jijón, renowned for his work at Finca Soledad. Nestled at an impressive altitude of 2,222 meters above sea level, the farm thrives in nutrient-rich volcanic soil and a unique microclimate—ideal conditions for producing high-quality specialty coffee.
