These member farmers bring their coffee to the cooperative’s washing stations for processing where it is depulped, washed, fermented overnight in tanks, and dried on raised beds. This attention to detail and the fermentation process creates a cup with bright citrus notes, a full plum like sweetness, and tea like body.
