The intention behind the blend is to ensure that these producers can receive a profitable price for their coffee instead of being forced to sell it for a lower price on the commodity market. San Augustín is a famous coffee-producing region winning, 31 of the 40 places of the 2019 Cup of Excellence competition! Each coffee making up this lot has been cupped separately before being blended by Felipe and his pro team at the La Cereza community wet mill.
