William Perez has cultivated a beautiful Caturra variety that has COE winning pedigree (2019) and creates an approachable balanced cup. In filter, look for that vibrant tamarind flavor balanced by a typical Guatemalan nuttiness. We have worked with the Perez family both in farming and milling for over five years and consider them close partners to Onyx.
