We had just created this blend for cold brew and we liked it, but we didn’t know if it was good enough for the masses yet. We brewed 100 gallons of cold brew for the event, and it turned out that less than 100 people attended. But, we somehow served over half of it because the people who were there just kept coming back for more. Since then, customers keep on raving about Isabelle’s Cold Brew Blend for its distinct chocolatey note and consistently smooth finish.
