> - ### About Merly Leon | Peru This microlot comes from a farm owned by Merly Leon. Harvested from Yellow Caturra trees on her 4 hectare farm. After the selective harvest, the coffee beans are fermented for 24 hours and then pulped to remove the outer layer of fruit. The following step is a second fermentation, which lasts for 72 hours and involves all the organic matter from the pulping process, contained in special plastic bags.
