> - ### About Don Eli Geisha - Last chance | Costa Rica This is a stunning natural processed Geisha from our friends Carlos and Jacob at the Don Eli micro mill in Tarrazu, Costa Rica. We've been buying coffee from them directly since 2020 and they have won many Cup of Excellence awards. This year they won two awards for their Geisha coffees. This coffee was harvested at high altitude with only perfectly ripe cherry selected for drying on raised tables.
