Our Brazil Single Origin coffee currently features a pulped-natural processed coffee from Inhame, a family farm in Campos Altos. We've been buying coffee from Inhame for several years and they consistently produce excellent coffee. After harvesting, the coffee is pulped to remove the outer fruit and dried on concrete patios until reaching 30% moisture content.
