Santander is a north-central region of Colombia and is situated high in the Andes Mountains. For this specific profile, Forest Coffee looked for unique coffees from their partners, mostly produced at high altitudes. This profile has a pleasant acidic profile, with a soft but complex nuttiness combined with some raw honey flavors. A beautiful regional blend from one of our most trusted partners.
