Look out for tropical flavours of juicy pineapple, kiwi, green apple and almond. - Farm: El Triunfo - Wetmill: Aruco - Region: Las Pacayas, Corquin, Copán - Variety: Lempira & IHCAFE90 (Organic) - Altitude: 1200masl - Process: Ripe cherry is cleaned, floated then bed dried for 20-30 days, turned hourly - Cupping Notes: Pineapple, kiwi, green apple, almond.
