From a Cup of Excellence winning farm this pacamara cherry grown under the shade of a pine forest and dried naturally on raised beds delivers all oomf expected of a coffee on our Special Release list. Expect something decadent. Muscat, blackcurrant, and chocolate ganache on the finish. This lot excels black but makes a desserty silky milky too.
