Organically grown (but not certified 'cos money), handpicked and sun-dried. More facts: fresh and delicate notes of sweet apricot, peach and passionfruit make this an utter delight to drink. - Producer: Nafkot Admasu - Region: Gedicho, Idido, Yirgacheffe - Variety: Indigenous heirloom varietals - Altitude: 2150masl - Cupping Score: 87.75 - Process: Ripe cherries from Nafkot's own 0.5ha farm are carefully handpicked the sun dried on raised beds for 12-15 days - Cupping Notes: Fresh, floral, sweet and lovely.
