V. limited and won't be around long. - Farm: La Isabela - Region: Zarcero, Alajuela, West Valley - Variety: Sudan Rume - Altitude: 1700-1800masl - Process: Ripe cherry is oxidised for 24hrs then depulped retaining a thin layer of mucilage. Then bed-dried under shade over 30 days with frequent turning. Coffee is then rested for four weeks at 20-25ºC before hulling - Cupping Notes: Simply exceptional. Sweet, smooth, elegant. Lemongrass & litchi, plum & perfection. - Brew Notes: Creamy, cranberry & vanilla shots. Round, lingering orange filters. Peach Yogurt capps.
