This one comes from Los Naranjos flagship farm, Finca Ethiopia, named for the birthplace of coffee. - Producer: Sigfredo Corrado & Los Naranjos - Region: Cerro Ilamatepec, Santa Ana - Variety: Geisha - Altitude: 1950-2150masl - Cupping Score: 87.25 - Process: Forest-grown geisha cherry is picked red-ripe then floated and cleaned before being placed in sealed tanks for a 72hr anaerobic fermentation. Coffee is then slow-dried in stages over five weeks. - Cupping Notes: Lively but smooth. Bold but balanced. Strawberry & caramel, cherry & orange wine. - Brew Notes: Juicy cola and cacao shots. Fruity citrus & amaretto filters. Strawberry ice cream capps.
