Together with Kii and Kiangoi factories, the society built a strong foundation for both coffee and diversified farming. Rungeto supports its members not only through coffee production but also by operating a **dairy cooling plant** that processes over **120,000 liters of milk monthly**, supplying one of Kenya’s largest dairy companies. Additionally, Fairtrade premiums have enabled the cooperative to establish a **fuel station**, generating further income to cover overheads and improve farmer livelihoods.
