> We are excited to reintroduce this ripper from René Méndez, a caturra variety (our favourite do it all varietal) from his tiny 1.3hectare farm in the Huehuetenango region. This cup is full of jammy apricot and fresh tropical fruit with mild brown sugar and toffee flavours. Caturra is famed for giving us that juicy yellow fruit acid, and René’s processing has made that clear and available. Great for all of your black coffee needs, balanced and versatile, it will also make a great milky drink. Happy slurping!
