With tasting notes of cocoa nibs, toffee, and a nutty finish, this is an excellent example of what a decaf coffee can be. The coffee is first washed and then decaffeinated using the Mountain Water process, meaning the green coffee is decaffeinated in an entirely chemical-free way! How great is that!
