> Dark chocolate meets roasted almonds. Mild roast - ideal for hand filters, for example. Mildly roasted for hand filter brewing, this coffee unfolds its full-bodied aroma of dark chocolate and roasted almonds. Made from 100% Arabica (Típica, Colombia, Castilla), hand-roasted in small batches – no more than four weeks before shipping. Processing: washed. This single-origin coffee comes from the Red Ecolsierra cooperative in Colombia's Sierra Nevada de Santa Marta—one of the most biodiverse highland regions in the world. There, it was cultivated as a true specialty coffee at altitudes of 1,200–1,900 meters and freshly harvested by hand.
