Se trata de un café que en taza resulta muy equilibrado, con un dulzor y acidez notorios pero agradables. Podemos identificar durazno, miel, panela , arándanos y jazmín. **Variedad:**Bourbon N39 y Kent KP423 Proceso: Full lavado, con fermentación húmeda única y secado al sol en camas africanas.
