Esta provincia es nueva produciendo café, y sus productores están usando nuevas técnicas para producir cafés de alta calidad, considerando que hace 10 años atrás ellos solo producı́an verduras y tubérculos. En taza se siente brillante y complejo con un dulzor a melaza muy marcado. Tiene una acidez cítrica y jugosa muy de mandarina. En todo momento se siente muy frutal y limpio. Su retrogusto es limpio y complejo. Se recomienda consumirlo con un reposo de 14 días a partir de la fecha de tueste para disfrutar más sus aromas y sabores, que estarán mucho más definidos.
