> Perché potrebbe piacerti La corposità e la dolcezza sono gli ingredienti di successo di questo caffè. Definirlo dolce è veramente poco, direi quasi stucchevole con una nota di mirtillo e un'acidità iniziale riconducibile a quella di un ribes rosso. Decisamente ancor più evidente se estratto con metodo espresso. Corposità medio/alta, ottima struttura e un mouthfeel decisamente succoso e sciropposo. Note finali di caramello e cacao che coccolano il palato e rendono equilibrato questo caffè dal punto di vista gustativo. Per chi ama bevande base latte è il caffè ideale. Un caffè che non ti stanca mai.
