> Questo caffè proviene da un’azienda piuttosto ampia, circa 13 ettari, situata nella regione di Oromia. Che dire… è un caffè elegantissimo, profumatissimo e con un profilo decisamente fruttato. Ricorda in tutto e per tutto la tanto amata primavera, con i suoi profumi e le sue note floreali che sbocciano in tazza. I sentori principali? Pesca bianca e albicocca, protagonisti assoluti di questa esperienza sensoriale. È perfetto per chi ama l’eleganza, i profumi delicati, una bassa corposità e un aftertaste pulito. La nota finale di mandarino regala una persistenza piacevolissima, che svanisce dolcemente: come nel vino, questo è sinonimo di alta qualità. Sorprendente anche la nota di tè Earl Grey al naso: davvero unica e affascinante! Resto sempre convinto che i caffè etiopi, soprattutto i lavati, siano quelli che meglio si adattano a questa stagione dell’anno.
