All'aroma olfattivo diretto, un incredibile bouquet di note floreali: in particolare lavanda e magnolia. Questo caffè è stato definito da noi fresco, rinfrescante e indicato soprattutto a chi ama l'eleganza e la delicatezza. L'acidità iniziale richiama il frutto dell'arancia; l'evoluzione vira poi verso una dolcezza a tratti stucchevole, con sensazioni di frutta estiva come pesca e albicocca. Decisamente interessante l'aftertaste, con una nota di uva bianca straordinaria che dona freschezza ed eleganza. Che caffè. Sono convinto che se lo estrai in filtro e lo lasci raffreddare, ti chiederai se stai davvero sorseggiando un caffè o un tè bianco. Ad occhi chiusi, il colore che istintivamente associereste a questo caffè sarebbe il bianco. Il mouthfeel è setoso e vellutato. Lo definirei a tutti gli effetti un Coffee Fresh, indicatissimo anche per estrazioni fredde come Cold Brew o Japanese.
