> Farm: Piura Chaupe Cupping Notes: Citrus, Dates, Dark Chocolate Process: Washed Roast (1 light - 10 dark): 3 Acidity (1 low -10 high): 6 Body (1 light - 10 big): 4 We haven’t had a Peru on our menu for quite sometime but we really loved this on the cupping table and are happy to have it on the Showcase menu. This is a very comfortable drinking Peru with a silky body, citrusy acidity and sweet finish. It’s almost a cup of chocolate to be honest. We love the dried fruit notes that remind us of dates or molasses. It is a very versatile and cozy cup to sit down with. Grab some while we have it!
