> Notes of smooth, rich, baker's chocolate, hints of vanilla, spice, and above-average sweetness, in a medium-full body, with low acidity. Grown in the volcanic highlands near Bajawa, this Organic Ngura coffee is cultivated by smallholder farmers at elevations of 1,200–1,600 meters. Processed using the traditional Indonesian wet-hulled (giling basah) method, it develops a rich body and deep, earthy sweetness unique to the region. In the cup, expect notes of dark chocolate, brown sugar, and warm baking spices layered over a smooth, syrupy body. Low acidity and a lingering cocoa finish make this coffee comforting, balanced, and versatile — excellent for espresso and medium to dark roast profiles.
