Grown at 1647 masl in volcanic loam soils, this lot is sundried using natural processing, which helps develop deep fruit sweetness, rounded body, and expressive berry character. Roasted medium-light for filter brewing, the cup highlights notes of brown sugar, cherry, and dried berry, supported by gentle grape-like acidity, subtle cocoa undertones, and a sweet, fruit-forward finish.
