> Sulawesi is one of the primary islands in Indonesia, just west of Borneo, and the 11th largest island in the world. The processing on the island is a wet-hulled process, in contradistinction to washed coffees where drying lasts for up to a day to reach a 10-12% moisture content, the wet-hulled process involved only drying for a few hours with a moisture content of 25-50%. This results in sweeter and fuller bodied coffee. Cup Profile: vanilla, tobacco, black pepper, syrupy & full-bodied - medium/dark roast
