Structured to support small farms by investing in infrastructure, logistics, warehousing and export; the cooperative's efforts aid in maintaining traceability and quality control. This particular lot comes from 19 producers who cultivate coffee in the community of Collasuyo. Cherries are carefully harvested, sorted, de-pulped, fermented, washed and dried using micro-mills located on each farm. Fully washed.
