The Coffee Quest has long been one of our most-valued importing partners so we are extra excited to bring to you a coffee that they processed themselves, and it’s their first successful co-ferment! Bright Yellow is a co-ferment with peach concentrate as well as TCQ’s own proprietary solution. In the cup, there is of course an obvious sweet, juicy peach note but there’s a lot more going on too (which is generally not the case with co-ferments), we taste a beautiful coconut and pineapple combination which screams piña colada.
