Смак Ethiopian sunshine гармонійний і збалансований. Завдяки митій обробці він має помірну насиченість і яскравий присмак. У ньому уловлюються чорний хліб, мигдаль, трохи ягід і бергамота. Сорт відрізняється високим ступенем кислотності, характерним для ефіопського кави. А в його ароматі ви відчуєте пряні мигдальні нотки. Наші майстри доводять Ethiopian sunshine до середнього ступеня обсмажування, щоб максимально розкрити смакові і ароматичні властивості зерна. Кава підходить для різних способів заварювання, і кожен допоможе розрізнити особливу родзинку. Обов’язково спробуйте цей сорт, цілком ймовірно, що він стане вашим фаворитом. - Origin: Yirgacheffe, Ethiopia - Roast: Light-medium roast - Tasting notes: Spices, Spicy ## Prices - $9.63 / 250 gram ($38.52/kg) [UCC \(Ukrainian Coffee Company\)](https://nakavu.com.ua/product/kava-melena-ephiopian-sunshine) ## Ratings 0/5 (0) ## Estimated taste profile (0–100) - acidity: 63 - bitterness: 35 - body: 50 - character: 25 - sweetness: 55 ## Similar coffees ### [Wood and Co Coffee — Sunshine Filter Blend](https://www.coffeelist.co/b/wood-and-co-coffee/sunshine-filter-blend) Available - $16.76 / 250 gram ($67.05/kg) - $59.37 / 1000 gram ($59.37/kg) ### [Press Coffee Roasters — Ethiopia Yirgacheffe Coffee](https://www.coffeelist.co/b/press-coffee-roasters/ethiopia-yirgacheffe-coffee) Available - Origin: Ethiopia - Processing: Washed - $21.00 / 12 oz ($61.73/kg) — Available - $123.00 / 5 lbs ($54.23/kg) — Available ### [Kahawa 1893 — Ethiopian Single Origin - Medium Roast Coffee](https://www.coffeelist.co/b/kahawa-1893/ethiopian-single-origin-medium-roast-coffee) Available - Origin: Ethiopia - $19.99 / 12 oz ($58.76/kg) — Available - $84.99 / 5 lbs ($37.47/kg) — Available ### [The Folks — Sunset - Ethiopia 🇪🇹](https://www.coffeelist.co/b/the-folks/sunset-ethiopia) Available - Origin: Ethiopia - Processing: Washed - $19.06 / 250 gram ($76.25/kg) — Available - $61.67 / 1000 gram ($61.67/kg) — Available ### [Incapto Coffee — Ethiopian coffee beans](https://www.coffeelist.co/b/incapto-coffee/ethiopian-coffee-beans) Available - Origin: Ethiopia - Processing: Washed - $8.91 / 100 gram ($89.14/kg) — Available - $52.65 / 1000 gram ($52.65/kg) — Available ### [MASSIMO Coffee Roasters — Ethiopia Shakisso Washed](https://www.coffeelist.co/b/massimo-coffee-roasters/ethiopia-shakisso-washed) Available - Origin: Ethiopia - Processing: Washed - $21.05 / 250 gram ($84.21/kg) — Available ### [Catahoula Coffee Company — ETHIOPIA](https://www.coffeelist.co/b/catahoula-coffee-company/ethiopia) Available - Origin: Ethiopia - Processing: Natural - $23.50 / 12 oz ($69.08/kg) — Available ### [Bocca Coffee — Ethiopia](https://www.coffeelist.co/b/bocca-coffee/ethiopia) Available - Origin: Ethiopia - Processing: Washed - $12.56 / 250 gram ($50.23/kg) — Available - $44.18 / 1000 gram ($44.18/kg) — Available ## More from this roaster ### [UCC \(Ukrainian Coffee Company\) — Кава в зернах Галицька кава](https://www.coffeelist.co/b/ucc-ukrainian-coffee-company/item-iQmI4xKh) Available - $7.86 / 500 gram ($15.73/kg) ### [UCC \(Ukrainian Coffee Company\) — Стікі Ріо Негро «Колумбія»](https://www.coffeelist.co/b/ucc-ukrainian-coffee-company/item-rM-sydD1) Out of stock - Origin: Colombia - $3.03 / 60 gram ($50.57/kg) ### [UCC \(Ukrainian Coffee Company\) — Стікі Ріо Негро «Бразилія»](https://www.coffeelist.co/b/ucc-ukrainian-coffee-company/item-DJY-JXpo) Out of stock - Origin: Brazil - $3.03 / 60 gram ($50.57/kg) ### [UCC \(Ukrainian Coffee Company\) — Набор меленої кави «Усі новинки разом» – 6 по 250 г](https://www.coffeelist.co/b/ucc-ukrainian-coffee-company/6-250) Out of stock - Origin: Brazil, Colombia, Ethiopia, Mexico ### [UCC \(Ukrainian Coffee Company\) — Набор меленої кави «100% арабіка» – 4 по 250г](https://www.coffeelist.co/b/ucc-ukrainian-coffee-company/100-4-250) Out of stock - Origin: Brazil, Colombia, Ethiopia, Mexico ### [UCC \(Ukrainian Coffee Company\) — Набір кави в зернах Galeador мікс по 250 г](https://www.coffeelist.co/b/ucc-ukrainian-coffee-company/galeador-250) Out of stock ### [UCC \(Ukrainian Coffee Company\) — Кава у зернах UCC SUPREMO](https://www.coffeelist.co/b/ucc-ukrainian-coffee-company/ucc-supremo) No longer available - $15.48 / 1000 gram ($15.48/kg) ### [UCC \(Ukrainian Coffee Company\) — Кава у зернах UCC QUALITY IRISH CREAM aroma](https://www.coffeelist.co/b/ucc-ukrainian-coffee-company/ucc-quality-irish-cream-aroma) No longer available - $14.29 / 1000 gram ($14.29/kg) ## Reviews Ratings: 0/5 (0) No public written reviews yet. - [Coffee](https://www.coffeelist.co/b/ucc-ukrainian-coffee-company/ephiopian-sunshine.md) - [Similar coffees](https://www.coffeelist.co/b/ucc-ukrainian-coffee-company/ephiopian-sunshine/similar.md) - [Reviews](https://www.coffeelist.co/b/ucc-ukrainian-coffee-company/ephiopian-sunshine/reviews.md) - [Release history](https://www.coffeelist.co/b/ucc-ukrainian-coffee-company/ephiopian-sunshine/releases.md)
