From the same coffee farmers that brought us the amazing Pink Bourbon.

A heirloom varietal that roasts so similarly to the Pink Bourbon coffee bean that all evidence points to a strong relation between these two varietals. The fermentation is 40 hours and everything about it is so close BUT… they’ve done even better with this one. With a shorter fermentation, the fruit notes are cleaner and more elegant. Still a wild fruity ride to be sure. If you enjoyed our Pink Bourbon in the past, this will become your new fav.

The only ingredient in our coffee is coffee. Always and forever. We add nothing and the flavor notes are just the magic already in the bean that we tease out through meticulous roasting.
