What the brand says

Single origin Zambia The fourth installment of our microlot series. Microlot Series No. 4 comes from Kateshi Estate in Zambia’s Northern Province, but unlike our Seasonal Zambia Peaberry, this one is a natural processed coffee with extended anaerobic fermentation, which takes the same farm story in a deeper, heavier, more fruit-forward direction. In the cup, it’s viscous and structured with raspberry wine, raisin, stonefruit, and caramel up front. The finish brings in milk chocolate and baking spice, with a winey kick that keeps the whole thing layered instead of just loud. It’s complex, expressive, and built for the person who wants to taste what processing can do. Tasting NotesRaspberry wine, raisin, stonefruit, caramel, milk chocolate, baking spice
