What the Brand Says

Light Roast The second installment of our microlot series. A very special microlot, full natural Honduras. This is a direct trade, natural processed coffee from the farm of Juan Vicente, in Santa Ana, La Paz, Honduras. We brought this coffee in last year, and loved it so much we were able to get another single bag. What makes it even more impressive is the mouthfeel - normally coffees this bright have more of a “tea-like” mouthfeel. We noticed more chocolatey notes, this year compared to last, but we still noticed a lot more of the tropical fruit notes coming through.
